Prochaine manche du CHALLENGE TRUGGY® le 18 SEPT 2011

La saison du CHALLENGE TRUGGY® à repris en 2011 avec quelques nouveautés, et 2 types de courses sont proposées cette année :

* des course au format "CHALLENGE TRUGGY®"
* des courses amicales interne RC94 auxquelles les truggy seront intégrés (en TRUGGY, les inscriptions seront ouvertes à tous et pas seulement aux membres du RC94).

La prochaine manche aura lieu le 18 SEPT 2011, avec un format de course "CHALLENGE TRUGGY®".

Comme toujours, les participants viennent d'abord et avant tout pour participer, s'amuser et prendre du plaisir avec d'autres pilotes de la même catégorie sur l'une des plus belles pistes TT de ligue 1.
Si vous avez un TRUGGY, et que vous souhaitez rouler avec d'autres pilotes TRUGGY sans toutes les contraintes d'organisation des courses "officielles", cette course est faite pour vous !

Modalités d'inscription

Les modalités d'inscription sont simples et les règlements peuvent être réalisées de plusieurs manières.

Dans tous les cas de figure, vous devez :

* Utiliser le formulaire d'inscription fourni ci-dessous pour que l'organisation puisse savoir à l'avance le nombre de participants et s'organiser en fonction.
* Procéder au paiement soit à l'avance, soit sur site le jour même.

Les inscriptions sur site le jour de la course restent bien entendu autorisées, sous réserve qu'elles ne soient pas trop "massives".

Téléchargez ce document, éditez les cases pré-sélectionnées avec les informations requises, puis enregistrez le avant de l'envoyer.

Ce formulaire est ensuite à transmettre au RC94 soit par courrier postal (après impression), soit par mail ou en main propres le jours même de l'épreuve (sauf pour les courses amicales où tout droit être transmis le dernier mercredi d'avant course, cf. règlement).
La remise en main propres reste la méthode la moins souhaitable pour s'organiser: merci d'éviter autant que possible.

Présentation du CHALLENGE TRUGGY®
--------------------------------------------------
Le CHALLENGE TRUGGY® se présente sous la forme d’un championnat dédié à la catégorie TRUGGY à l’échelle 1/8e.
Chaque mois, selon un calendrier préétabli, une manche se déroule sur la piste du RC94 en ligue 1(Sucy-en-Brie) et donne lieu à un classement en fonction des résultats en qualification et finale.
Ce classement mensuel détermine par la suite le classement général du CHALLENGE TRUGGY®, récompensant ainsi les bons classements et la régularité des pilotes.
Les meilleurs pilotes se verront récompensés en fin de championnat par des lots ou des bons d’achats à utiliser dans des magasins partenaires.

Toutes les marques, tous les modèles, toutes les cylindrées, et tous les types de propulsions sont acceptés.

Le jeton d'entrée au RC94 pour l'un ou l'autre des challenges est de 6 €. 
Ce tarif est valable pour l'ensemble des manches du CHALLENGE TRUGGY®, y compris pour les courses amicales internes au RC94.
Cela vous donne l'accès à l'ensemble des infrastructures du RC94 de l'ouverture à la fermeture du club (club-house, stands protégés et éclairés, accès aux 220V, compresseurs, etc ...)

A noter les 2 points suivants :
1. A la prochaine manche, on tentera d'interdire l'utilisation de la marche arrière pour les BL.
2. On essayera également de produire des manches plus longues, mais pour cela, il faut plus de monde, afin de respecter la règle du jeu "pilotes/ramasseurs/mécanos". N'hésitez pas à venir à plusieurs !

Cette manche du Challenge Truggy était assez particulière.
En effet, plusieurs évolutions ont été testées, certaines avec succès, d'autres avec un peu moins de réussite.

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à l'ensemble des participants : 19 pilotes s'étaient inscrits et se sont tous présentés pour la course.

Tous sont des petits gars qui en veulent. La preuve, on a assisté à une première: tous les pilotes étaient présents à l'heure, et bon nombre d'entre eux étaient... en avance. Du jamais vu Wink

Venus du RC94, Orca, Le pin, CMLP ou autres club (ou sans club), débutants ou experts, BL ou TH, cette épreuve rassemble tout ceux qui roulent en TRUGGY, d'abord pour le fun ....

Par ailleurs, j'en profite également pour remercier les ramasseurs qui s'étaient déplacés spécialement pour aider à l'épreuve (ORCA), ainsi que les pilotes du RC94 présents sur site et qui nous ont aidé dans le déroulement de l'épreuve.

Vient maintenant l'heure du bilan : mis à part les traditionnels tableaux des résultats qui arriveront sous peu, j'arrive aujourd'hui à plusieurs constats :

* les finales à 18 tours, avec ravitaillement imposés pour les BL sont une réussite. Tout le monde à joué le jeu du ravitaillement y compris les TH pouvant tenir les 18 tours, permettant une confrontation équitable pour tous les participants quelle que soit leurs motorisation. Rouler plus, c'est du plaisir à tous le niveaux, surtout quand on ajoute le "piment" de ravitaillements pouvant parfois venir tout chambouler.
Il ne faut toutefois pas oublier que cela n'est possible qu'à compter du moment ou un nombre de pilotes suffisant est inscrit, de manière à être sûr d'assurer un départ et un ramassage minimal et correct.

* Les qualifs n°2 avec départ en ligne type F1 pour permettre de définir l'ordre de départ des finales, ont aussi bien fonctionné, même si elles ont été confondues avec des remontées. Cela reste pour l'instant, le seul moyen de permettre un départ en finale tel qu'expérimenté aujourd'hui, semblable à celui d'une course TT.
Par ailleurs, alliant l'utile à l'agréable, cela permet à tous de rouler au minimum 3 fois !

* Le comptage : c'est là ou le bas blesse. Avec près d'une dizaine de pilotes sur la piste, cela devient plus compliqué de procéder à un comptage efficace et sans erreur.

Pour les qualifs à 10 tours, sans ravitaillement : ça passe encore.
Pour les finales à 18 tours, avec ravitaillement, ça devient plus compliqué, car les disparité de niveau, les arrêts aux stands, occasionnent des "trous" dans le comptage, et compliquent beaucoup la "lisibilité" de cette tâche, ce qui peut occasionner des erreurs dans le comptage.

Pour rappel, pour le comptage, on dispose systématiquement d'un "aboyeur" (celui qui cause dans le micro), et d'un "rapporteur" qui note vos passages.

Forcement, il en résulte une frustration pour les "compteurs" de n'avoir pas idéalement réussi à retranscrire les passages de tous les participants, et une frustration des participants d'avoir peut être été lésés vis à vis de leur performance.
Personnellement, j'ai plus eu de mal à "avaler" cette défaillance dans la notation de la finale B, que ma panne de carburateur sur la finale A Wink
Il nous faut donc en tirer les conséquences, et tenter de trouver une solution alternative si elle existe, tant que nous ne pourrons pas utiliser comptage électronique du RC94.

Dans l'ensemble, je suis persuadé que les participants ont malgré tout pris du plaisir et profité de cette course, durant laquelle nous avons même échappé à l'orage Wink
Le niveau des premiers arrivés continue de progresser, pendant que des débutants continuent d'arriver au fur et à mesure, mêlant tous les niveaux à ces épreuves: ça rassure les meilleurs de voir des pilotes moins bon et ça montre la voie à suivre aux débutants Wink Bref, tout le monde y trouve son compte.
