Problème avec radio commande Acoms Technisport 2.4GHZ de chez modelsport.co.uk

Bonjour,

Volà, j'ai commandé cette radio-commande chez mon fournisseur habituel en angleterre, je l'ai bien reçu et assez vite (parfois plus vite que des commandes faites en France). j'ai installé le récepteur dans mon MT et tenté de faire des réglages avec.
J'ai un gros soucis avec : La de la télécommande commandant la direction n'opère pas sur 75% de la direction gauche. J'ai eu beau faire plein de réglage de trim, d'atv, etc ... rien n'y fait. Je l'ai testée avec les servos fournis, cela ne fonctionne pas non plus. J'ai donc envoyé ce mail au support de cette boutique en ligne

On the 21st May 2009, i ordered a radio control Acoms Technisport 2.4GHZ.
I had installed it into my model and i have the following troubles with it :
- the wheel of the transmitter does not operate for 75% of the left direction. I tried to adjust the trim, the atv. result is the same : transmitter don't operate for 75% of the left direction. The transmitter operates fine for 100% of the right direction eand for the first 25% of the left direction. Moreover, I did experiment with the two servos supplied with the radio control, the result is the same. I tried to clear all memory parameters, result is the same.
- the wheel of the transmitter does not return automatically to the center position

So i think that the radio control system has a problem of manufacturing.

Please tell me what i can do with it.

Voici la réponse (le gars est étonné, il me propose de contacter acoms UK ou de renvoyer la télécommande. Je vais renvoyer la télécomande (j'ai peur que la communication en anglais soit infructueuse du fait de mon manque de vocabulaire anglais sur le sujet)

I am sorry to hear of the problem you have encountered with your radio. This is not a problem we have heard of before, all we can do is recommend checking the set up of the transmitter as it sound like you have done and ensuring the steering rates in both directions are set to maximum. If you are unable to resolve the issue then it would be a case of returning the radio system for inspection and testing.

Je vous tiens au courant de l'évolution de mes galères avec cette radio commande.
Je l'avais retourné à ModelSport qui après inspection m'en a renvoyé une autre toute neuve et qui fonctionne très bien.
Entretemps je me suis acheté une futaba 3PM, je vais donc revendre celle-ci (si quelqu'un est intéressé, faites moi une offre).
Je tiens à redire bravo à Modelsport UK .
